Use your Takumi Family account (or create one) at check-out from January 15th to participate in the lottery.
Step 3: Verify your Takumi Lottery ticket in your email by answering a simple question
Every Takumi Family member receives one lottery ticket to validate after using their account at check-out from January 15th till the end of the year.
Step 4: You now officially participate in the Takumi Lottery

Can I get more than one lottery ticket?
You can get hold of one Takumi Lottery ticket with your Takumi Family account. Later this celebration year there will be special contests where you can win a second lottery ticket. Keep an eye on the Takumi channels (such as social media and this website) to stay up to date!
Do I need to get a new lottery ticket after a draw?
No, your Takumi Lottery ticket stays valid the whole year and will automatically participate in every draw after the one time validation.
Can I win more than one prize in the lottery?
No, every draw multiple prices (besides the trip) will be given away to the drawn tickets. After a ticket has been drawn this ticket is excluded from future draws.
Is there another way to win a trip to Japan?

What happens if I win a trip to the city of my residence?
In case you win a trip to the city of your residence in the Takumi Lottery we’ll find a fitting solution together. You will fly out to a different Takumi City within Europe.
Can I participate in the Takumi Lottery from my country?
It doesn’t matter where you live, as long as you visited a Takumi Restaurant and used your Takumi Family account at checkout you will get the opportunity to validate your ticket. After validating your ticket you are in the lottery! There are Takumi Restaurants in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, and Czech Republic.
I didn’t receive an email with my Lottery validation request, what can I do?
Everybody who uses Takumi Family at checkout for the first time between January 15th 2022 and December 31st 2022 will receive the request to validate their Takumi Lottery ticket automatically.
